Inaki Williams Knocks Barcelona out of Copa del Rey
Inaki Williams, a forward from Ghana, was instrumental in Athletic Bilbao's 4-2 Copa del Rey triumph over Barcelona on Wednesday night. The gifted forward secured the Basque club's victory over the Blaugrana team by scoring one goal and setting up another in extra time.

Less than 48 hours after leaving Ghana's camp in Ivory Coast in the wake of the Black Stars' Africa Cup of Nations elimination, Inaki turned up an outstanding performance. Though his team was eliminated from the competition early, Inaki had played in all three of Ghana's group matches, helping them to earn points.
However, Ghana's fate was sealed when Cameroon's win over Gambia confirmed their elimination from the competition for the second consecutive time at the group stage.
Following his swift return to Spain, Inaki was included in Ernesto Valverde's matchday squad for the cup game against Barcelona. He entered the game in the 58th minute with the score tied at 2-2, and his impact was immediate.

In extra time, the 29-year-old scored a crucial goal just before halftime, putting Athletic Bilbao ahead 3-2. He then set up his brother, Nico, to seal the victory and advance to the semi-finals of the competition alongside Mallorca and Real Sociedad.
