During an appearance on the AM Show, Cudjoe highlighted concerns about the limited time frame for these ministers to make a substantial difference. He cited Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye's commendable track record in the health sector but questioned the impact he could have within the remaining four or five months in office.

Cudjoe emphasized the importance of realigning and reducing the number of ministries, suggesting that this aspect of the reshuffle was crucial. He raised doubts about Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's ability to fulfill new promises to the public if the ministries had been streamlined.

Furthermore, Cudjoe pointed out that Alan Kyerematen, the leader of the Movement for Change, has already prepared his budget for 2025, indicating a potential presidential bid in the upcoming election. He stressed the need for transparency regarding the caliber of individuals being considered for ministerial positions to avoid any surprises during the elections.
