Not to be overlooked is the ongoing cookathon attempt by Executive Chef Ebenezer Smith, also known as Millennium Chef, which promises to add a unique flair to Ghana's record-breaking endeavors.

4. Duration and Venue: Initially aiming to cook continuously for 360 hours, equivalent to 15 days, Chef Smith chose the Amadia Shopping Center on the Community 18 Road of Spintex as the venue for his culinary feat.

5. Extended Duration: In a bold move to surpass the record set by a Canadian-based Nigerian, Beauty Obasuyi, who cooked for 448 unofficial hours, Chef Smith extended his initial 360 hours to an astounding 1200 hours over 50 days.
