He asserts that since October 2021, the GRA boss has continued to serve without a formal contract with the government after reaching the retirement age, implying that his tenure is unlawful.

In an interview with Citi FM on Tuesday, January 30, Sam George outlined his plan to correspond with the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, and the finance committee of Parliament, urging them to cease the participation of Rev. Dr. Owusu-Amoah in parliamentary affairs.

George expressed his intention to formally write to the President, demanding a response on this matter. He emphasizes the need to bring attention to this issue upon the reconvening of Parliament, stressing that they should not entertain the presence of someone with no legal basis in the house.
