ECG has emphasized how important it is to submit proper and up-to-date contact information during the application process, since phone numbers submitted will be used for any correspondence related to the applications.

The company has advised customers to ensure that they provide precise information when applying for the service, as all responses related to their applications will be communicated to them through the contact telephone numbers provided.
